Mustafa Karim

Born in I932, Mustafa Karim graduated from the Dacca Medical College in 1957. He served as a Medical Officer in the Armed Forces of Pakistan and resigned his commission in 1962. He then went to the UK to appear in the FRCS examination. During the course of his studies he suffered a severe heart attack; after recovery he decided to settle down in England. For health reasons he retired from the National Health Service in 1989 and has been writing more frequently since then.

“Hunters And The Hunted” is Mustafa Karim’s first English novel. It is a story of love, passion, hatred and revenge and how innocence is destroyed by evils lurking in human souls. Mustafa Karim is a distinguished writer of Urdu fiction. His work has been widely published. His most recent book is a novel set in Bengal of Siraj-uddola’s era
(1756-57).
